Npc quest giver:
Enchanter T'Valyis. Can be found on the north side of the ramp (inside
ruined tower) leading into neriak.
She will gGive you a gnomish recording device, and suggests you check it out with the Leuitenants. They are located in Oggok, out north exit. Speak to Leuitenant. Tells you a story, then head back to the Enc. She says the recording device was broken and didn't record anything, sending you to see Gniblerton to have it repaired.
Gniblerton is in Klick, behind false wall that leads to nec guild. He tells you it is very expensive to repair and give you repair invoice to take back to the Enc. You get 220k xp and a potion of: Mystical potion of stealth, and some tunar.
Speak to her gain to get the hunt and gather quest: collect platinum sprockets from the corroded clockworks in cape dregg. The are in Cape dregg ( c). Just swim straight east from SoM. Keep farming the rats, they drop the odd the platinum sprocket. Also, a gnome shaped clockwork will spawn, he always has two.
Return to the enc. She gives you 235k xp for EACH sprocket, plus a mystical potion of stealth (sow/invis) and 1100 tunar. No faction given.
