*Below is the table of Cazic Thule drops. The left-hand column is what he drops, the right hand column is the Collector Stacy loot. Collector Stacy stands by the river in the town of Blackwater. She is interested in items that have "horror" or "doubt" in their names. She says that these items come from the lord of fear himself, Cazic Thule. Apparently if you have any older, very rare CT drops, she will trade you for a newer one that has better benefits for you.
In other words, if you don't like the drop you got from CT, you can head to Collector Stacy (by the river in Blackwater) and 'upgrade' it. The statistics change somewhat when you trade in your item, so we've documented them side-by-side for better comparison.
Note,
that it can also be handy to trade in an item to Collector Stacy (like
the rogue bracelet, or earring) because they are NTL. This way, you can
wear one of the Collector Stacy NTL items, and the original CT item as
well (TY Tossinpots).
