Most guilds
kite the Viceroy, but a few brave souls have MT'd him. Following are a
selection of posts from the Sony
EQOA forums on the kind of damage you can expect from the Viceroy: GonzalesEQ:

CLW I'll use
Gonz's numbers since he has MTed him so I work with them until he gets
a video for more accurate numbers. He listed 25,300 damage over the course of 12 seconds. Since I'm going to do this in dps(damage per second) and hps(heals per second) this is a total of 2108 dps put out by Viceroy. Faithful+epic heal path druid+MD+elder is 3030 tick roughly taking care of 505 of the 2108 hps needed. Now onto stack heals a stack diviner should only be using their top 3 heals in rotation, they would want to cast one each time his second quad hit gos off each quad to be exact. The other 3 heals should be emergency only, he is 90% quad damage if you are chaining 5 or 6 stacks on him you are wasting so much overhealing its not even funny. A stack diviner is acounting for 240 heals per second with the top 3 stacks. We have 1603 hps we need made up past the tick heal so we use 7 stack diviners. This gives a total of 2185 heals per second on the MT and guess what? Something gos wrong bad swing of spikes etc all 7 of those clerics still have 4 more stacks to play with every 19s. You do it right, MT stays full HP nearly entire fight. 8 clerics 1 drd 1 elder and a meta sure is a lot of healing but he is not nearly as hard as he is portrayed to be to MT. For all we know that overall damage output could even be lower, human eye can only see so much while actually MTn a video of MT perspective will give a better idea of his overall damage output.
