*Hard to imagine, but if you're really just getting started, I'm sorry to report that there are no good websites for beginners. Questmasters closed around the fall of '09, and they used to have all of singz information. Many of the lowbie quests are on our site, but we have no discussions or input on toon building. For any questions on how to build your toon, we recommend you visit the sony EQOA forums and post your questions there.
