First, get positive faction with Anu. You can do this by completing the Hunt/Gather quests given by Giant Slayer Derkev in Anu and Corison in ZK. Also, in were-form you have higher faction so try logging quest in wereform.
To log the quest talk with Watchcaptain Trelkins in the Gnomish observatory, NE of the Anu Village. He is in a hut outside.
He tells you they're having trouble with goblins, and then goblins spawn around the observatory. The only one you need to kill is the white faced goblin that spawns outside his hut. Kill that goblin, loot it and return to the NPC.
He'll tell you he needs more stuff (he may despawn for a while, be patient). You will need to kill the goblin's leader. Just east (front of observatory) of the NPCs hut will spawn Overlord ? something, he appears with 2 mages with pets, 2 shamans, and 2 warriors.
They are VERY tough to take, but here is a tip. Con the gob leader. Is he whitefaced to you? go in and out of wereform to determine in which form he hates you most. You need him red-faced to you. Stay that way and invis. You can now body pull just the leader as only he see's through invis. Pull him away from his gang of baddies, and kill him.
Once you've killed the leader, everyone in your group is now flagged. One by one talk to the NPC for reward. Each time, he'll despawn and respawn in a bit, which is a pain, but be patient.
All Classes/Races receive a Lvl 45 key that is useable. When you use the key, the Lvl 1 wind-up rat appears. The rat buffs 15 Agi 15 Int, and also gives a small AC buff. The rat has 25 charges, and can be recharged by killing the goblin worgmistresses at the bottom and around the gnomish observatory. You will need 5 wineskins of freezeblood vodka to take back to the Mirostan Hopsticker (in a hut), he will recharge your Rat.
Note: Rat is suseptible to AoEs so doesn't hang around too long when grinding.
Don't lose your key, you can't redo the quest
